Ambassador FAQ & Payouts

Commission Structure

Ambassadors earn a 15% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link or code.

Commission rates are outlined in your approval email and visible inside your affiliate dashboard.

Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid out on a regular schedule once the minimum threshold is met ($25).

All payout details and balances can be viewed directly in your dashboard.

Samples

Sample kits ($25) may be purchased periodically to active ambassadors. Availability and eligibility will be communicated directly.

Returns & Adjustments

If an order is returned or refunded, the associated commission will be adjusted accordingly.

Program Growth

We are starting intentionally and growing thoughtfully. As the program expands, ambassadors will be notified of new perks, launches, and opportunities.

Where can I share my referral link?

You may share your link or code on social media, via email, or through personal recommendations, as long as brand guidelines and disclosure requirements are followed.

Are there any sales requirements or quotas?

No. There are no minimum sales requirements, quotas, or pressure to perform.

Can I offer discounts?

Pricing and promotions are managed by Phat Bath & Body. Skin Ambassadors may only use approved referral codes provided to them.

Can I represent other brands?

Skin Ambassadors may not promote competing skincare brands that conflict with our positioning. This is reviewed during the application process.

Can my partnership be ended?

Yes. Either party may end the partnership at any time if brand guidelines are not followed or alignment changes.
