Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom Bath & Body Products
All orders are to be paid in full. Cancellation of order is allowed within 3 days of order. After 3 days a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from payment, due to custom products already in assembly. All sales are final once the product is shipped. Be sure to provide all required information and feel free to message me prior to purchase with any questions or specifics that you have.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you by email upon approval or rejection of your refund. If approved we will refund you back to your method of payment used for the purchase within 5 days.
Return Shipping
If we provided free shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Products can also be returned in-store Monday - Thursday, 11 am - 6 pm. 18924 Kuykendahl Road, Suite A, Spring, Texas, 77379.
