Skin Ambassador Status
- Skin Ambassador are independent contractors
- Not employees
- Not partners
- Not franchise owners
What Skin Ambassadors Do
- Promote products online (social, email, word of mouth)
- Use approved brand images and language
- Educate customers honestly
What Skin Ambassadors Do NOT Do
- Set or change prices
- Run unauthorized discounts
- Make medical or healing claims
- Sell on third-party marketplaces
- Represent themselves as the brand owner
Samples
- Reps purchase sample kits ($25)
- Samples are for:
- Personal use
- Demonstrations
- Gifting for trial
- Samples cannot be resold
Orders & Fulfillment
- All customer orders are placed through the website
- We handle:
- Payment
- Shipping
- Customer service
- Reps do not collect money
Commission & Payment
- Commission rate: 15%
- Paid monthly
- Returns/refunds deducted
- No commission on taxes or shipping
Brand Protection
- Reps must follow brand guidelines
- You may update policies with notice
- Misrepresentation = termination
Termination
- Either party can end the agreement at any time
- No guaranteed income
- No ongoing commissions after termination
